Technician Testing Notes Visually inspected, took unit down to the bare chassis and cleaned and rebuilt. Installed a new Fill / Vent Valve , Manifoild Assemby, Air Valve Solenoid, Heating Element, Steam Block, Door Gasket, Dam Gasket, Drain Hose and Mesh Water Filters. Flushed and cleaned the Reservoir Tank. Cleaned the Sterilizing Chamber and cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. Connected to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water, tested the printer, it's fully functional, and proceeded to test the unit. Ran unit thru all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. Temperature tested unit to verify it's achieving maximum sterilizing temperature using a Max Register Thermometer and found unit to maintain 273 F for an entire cycle. Unit is fully functional and in Refurbished condition.
