TESTING & COSMETIC NOTES: This is a USED WORKING item in GOOD cosmetic condition that WAS PULLED FROM A WORKING ENVIRONMENT and is GUARANTEED WORKING AS DESCRIBED The table, back, tilt, and foot functions all respond when the corresponding up/down arrow is pressed. There are some tears in the footrest's cushion. Also some slight tearing on the back of the headrest's cushion. On the right side of the base there are some scratch marks. Refer to the pictures with the yellow arrows for details.
