For sale is a wonderful relic of typeset letterpress printing. Came from a decades-old commercial print shop containing printing equipment dating to the early 1900's. I'm not sure the age of this book, but the style and illustrations tell me it is definitely an oldie, possibly antique. This small book is a MIEHLE CATALOGUE OF PARTS, Miehle Printing Press and Mfg. Co., Chicago. Address on the front page says simply, "14th and Robey Streets, Chicago, Ill." Shows and labels all the parts to a Miehle printing press. Originally used so printing press owners could order spare parts. Cardboard covers; black & white illustrations; 119 pages. Measures about 5" x 8".
