Nozzle Gel or Tip dip is cheap insurance against premature wear on expensive consumables. A jar will last a long time. Correct directions for use. Now you have options. remove the nozzle, and dip the 1st 1" of it into the nozzle dip, or leave it installed on the mig gun and dip the front end of the gun into the nozzle dip.
