This listing is for a 1440 position rotary index table system. This is a 12" size Ultradex-type system manufactured under license by the Michigan Tool Co of Detroit. These tables feature 96 or 360 available indexes respectively - Or when used together, 1440 available indexes. These indexing options correlate to 1440, 1/4 degree (15 arc minute) divisions; 360, 1 degree positions; or 96, 3.75 degree divisions. This system was produced under license from A.A. Gage Co., the manufacturers of the Ultradex brand index tables. High accuracy and repeatability are characteristic of the A.A. Gage patented system, without any electronics, computer or software! This system consists of two 12" Milichex tables: One model IX-960-12, serial F572; and One model IX-3600-R-12, serial F588. These bolt together when the 1440 index positions are required. The individual tables EACH weigh approximately 185 pounds. They will be unbolted for freight shipment (un-stacked). U.S. Sales and shipments only. 1/4 degree index tables such as this system (or the Moore 1440) only rarely appear on the used market. Pricing when new? Gasp!!! MAKE AN OFFER.
