Driver rack for 4-400A PA tubes. Includes 4 ea., JAN 6146W tubes, Mfg. Tungsol, all have 38th week of 1969 date codes. Also includes 4ea., JAN-CG-6AG7 tubes, Mfg. GE, all these have 17th week of 1964 date codes. The 6146's were tested on our Hickok RD Instruments 1575 test set with all reading about 6,250 Mhos. The 6AG7's all test good. All tubes are in immaculate condition with no corrosion on base, all factory markings are clear and legible. . Removed from Navy SPS/29 sonar equipment that was restored by Naval Shipyard Long Beach in 1969 and never used. I believe all tubes to be new as replaced Uncle Sam. The rack is clean and beautifully constructed. Consists of 4 ea. input transformers (input:1v. rms @5kc. output:18v. rms), feeding type 6AG7 tubes, 4 ea. driver transformers (input: 10k ohms, 135 v. rms. output: 330k ohms) feeding type 6146 driver tubes. The Rack is as seen in photos with high quality octal ceramic tube sockets, Bircher tube retaining clamps, turret terminals, 2 terminal boards, bathtub capacitors and various other components. All components are US made and meet the highest quality military standards. Overall dimensions are: 16-3/4"L X 6-1/2"W X 4" H. Item will be double boxed and carefully packed for shipping.
