Miller 450 Axcess Semi-Automatic Welder with carts purchased new in 2011 and has only 200 hours of use. We have not used the welder in over 18 months and would rather have someone else get the benefit of a great price on this welder. Brand new the entire system with carts cost us in the $20,000 range.
