Dr. Beck (the manager) has a Ph.D. in cellular an molecular pathology and has additional experience in biosensors and drug development. He got into business originally as a buyer to furnish his biotech start-up, but before he knew it, he had fallen into the second-hand, lab-equipment business. Feel free to contact us directly to discuss if this item is appropriate for your application. This is a filtration set designed for use with the standard 47 mm circular filters by Millipore. The bottom of the filter assembly has a jagged glass edge at the bottom. See picture.  This will not affect function, but it does require more careful handling.
