This is a Milwaukee Rotary Electric Hammer. It works well; it blasts a hole in concrete just fine when you use the right bit. ^ It comes in the metal case with some bits and the bit-release wedge. ^ It does NOT come with the side handle. The rubber skirt is torn in places as well. ^ The motor sounds fine; the bits release well with the wedge.
