Milwaukee Planishing Hammer X-183 6 Piece Upper Die Set We have had interest from many people regarding selling copies of our signature set of Planishing hammer dies from participants throughout the history of teaching our metal shaping workshops in our Metal Shaping Production Facility. We have taught many workshops demonstrating how to use the Planishing hammer and power equipment efficiently with hobbyist and professionals throughout the country. This X-183 6 Piece Upper Die Set is based on the same set-up we use in our Metal Shaping Production Facility daily. All the dies are CNC machined in the U.S.A. from S7 tool steel and hardened. The dies are first polished in our vibratory polisher to an industrial finish. Then the faces are dressed by hand, inspected than packaged. The Dies that are included in the 6 Piece Set are; -2 1/2" OD O Radius With 1/8" Edge Radius -1 1/2" OD 0 Radius With 1/16" Edge Radius -1 1/2" OD 0 Radius With 1/8" Edge Radius -1 1/2" OD 6" Radius(Domed) With 1/8" Edge Radius(Reverse Curve) -1 1/2" OD 6" Radius(Linear) With 1/8" Edge Radius(Reverse Curve) -1 1/2" OD 0 Radius With 1/8" Flat Edge Radius and 1/16" Flat Edge Radius(For Butting Up Against Bead Details And/or Flanges) Please note that these dies are for Model X-183 Milwaukee Hammer. There will need to be a 10 degree angle machined in your air cylinder for correct die alignment. We do offer this service of machining the 10 degree angle in house for $100.
