Runs.  But, there is some sparking on the inside where the brushes are on the motor.  Also, someone has replaced the little pin that goes in the end of the pin that holds the bit in place.  I think there was originally some sort of spring mechanism there.  There is no spring there now.  To take the bit out you just slide the pin over and remove the bit.  It still works.  Please see all photos.  The pin has been replaced with a small nail.  It includes the three used bits you see in the photos.  I don't know how much life the bits have left.  I am selling the bits AS-IS (no returns if it's because the bits are no good). Shipping is based on where you live.
