We'll verify your appliance and order information. Once approved, we can immediately file a warranty claim and get a new part to you in days. What parts don’t qualify? If the incorrect part is ordered, it cannot be warrantied. Warranties only qualify on parts that match your modeled appliance. If your appliance model number does not use the part purchased, it cannot be warrantied. How do I request a warranty claim? Pandora's OEM will send you an email with the applicable information and questions to complete the warranty claim. Upon receiving your reply, which should include Name, Address, Appliance Brand, Appliance Type, Model Number, Serial Number, and the issue with the product, we'll begin the warranty process. Is there a charge for warranty processing? There is a charge if the item is out of our 60 Day Guarantee. The warranty processing claim fee is a charge of $7.95, which includes the processing, shipping, and packaging of a new item. Do I need to mail back the part? If the item is a GE brand, we do unfortunately require the item(s) to be sent back. Our associates will inform you if the part is required to be returned for a warranty claim to be granted. Return Shipping for parts that are required to be returned is the buyer's responsibility. Once the part is returned, the claim can be processed and a new part can be shipped. How long does it take to receive a new shipment? Depending upon the make, processing of the claim, and type of part, most claims can be completed within the same day.
