For Sale   Qty 1 Used   Mini-Circuits Model ZHL-0812HLN Tested w/ Data. This unit has a Frequency Operation > 800 to 1200 MHz with a Gain of 38 dB +/- 0.5 dBVery Low Noise (<1.5 dB),  Medium Power Amplifier ( Pout > +27 dBm @ 1 dB Gain CP), Two tone 3rd Order Intercept > +37 dBm and VSWR less than 2.3 to 1 reference to 50 ohms. DC +15 volt at 0.6 amps SMA input and output connectors. (Very good condition on this unit) Solder type DC feedthru and GND lug for DC inputs. The unit was tested and plotted for Gain, VSWR. The Pout at 1 dB compression point was tested and low mid and high frequency points. Noise Figure was obtained from old data but not tested at this time due to lack of equipment available. This amplifier is built with discrete components on a PCBs. The design uses active bias to maintain a stable bias point. It uses  DC regulators and internal negative power supply for gate bias. It also features an enable circuit to insure negative supply is on before drain voltage is applied to the three high frequency GaAs FET transistors. There is protection against reverse polarity on the input line. DC input Voltages up to +24 v will be regulated down but it will increase the unit's temperature. It is important to maintain the composite input power lower than the maximum power specified to insure that the input and output transistor maintains its full designed performance.
