Shipping cost includes packaging cost including time and materials, and also includes shipping insurance (either through carrier, or self-insure); we guarantee delivery to the address you provided, or else a refund if the carrier loses the package. Smaller items will normally ship USPS and heavier items will normally ship Fedex Ground. Heavier items going to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, or PO boxes will ship via USPS parcel post All items must be shipped using our shipping account, we don't use anyone else's account to ship items. Packages valued $250 or more will ship with signature required upon delivery. We cannot normally offer expedited or express shipping. Bill of lading must be provided to us at least 24 hrs in advance of scheduling shipment, and ship-to address must match the shipping address in your Paypal payment.
