My husband purchased this unit(1 of 2 purchased) new for $651 12/2012 with optional tool upgrade kit for use at my Grandmothers home(built in 1948), after a certain big name damage clean up company did the worst job he had ever witnessed. So this (and another unit) was used to vacuum every surface throughout house (for my grandmother's, his men and his safety/health/peace of mind) for around a week before remodel started Since, then this unit( and the second unit: not included in this listing, this listing is for 1 unit pictured above) went into storage, until this last week now that he's moving entire company to larger location.
