Shipping & Returns We take pride in our shipping methods by investing more in better package material and additional shipping insurance at no extra cost to you. All orders will be shipped via freight companies with residential liftgate service when requested. Smaller orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. If your unit arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery so that we can send a new unit right away and will take care of any shipping claims with the carrier. Our normal delivery time should not take longer than 10 business days unless noted in the Ebay listing. All custom orders require additional handling time and could take longer at the manufacturer's discretion. All geothermal units are custom made and consider "special orders" and cannot be returned or canceled. Any other non-special order items can be returned in their unopened box with 14 days and buyer will pay shipping both ways.
