The Mitel 5212 IP telephone is a dual port, multi-line display full duplex IP speakerphone with headset option provides user-programmable access to the features and applications enabled by Mitel IP-based Integrated Communications Platforms. Includes 12 programmable multifunction keys and 8 fixed function keys. The dual mode Mitel 5212 IP Phone supports both SIP and Mitel IP (MiNET) protocols on a single hardware platform. Features Display - 2-line 20 character backlit display with contrast control. Support - for SIP or MiNET protocols. Handsfree Speakerphone Multi-function Keys - 12 programmable multi-function keys with dual colour LED indicators. 8 Fixed Function Keys - Hold, Superkey for feature access, Message, Transfer/Conference, Redial, Cancel, Speaker, Microphone Dedicated Headset Jack Dual Port Compatibility - compatible with the Mitel Networks 3300 Integrated Communications Platform (ICP), release 3.3 or higher. These phones have been professionally refurbished. This process includes new cords and paper & plastic sets. The Phones are then shrink-wrapped and individually boxed. All our hardware is tested and refurbished in our purpose built Erina warehouse. Telephones have both curly and line cords removed and replaced. The replacement cords we use are 3 meters in length when fully extended and 50cm when coiled. These are the same cords we sell in our cordage listing. The phones are then sanitized and cleaned to look as new as possible. New papers and plastic covers are then added. The phones are then passed through to quality control to make sure our standards are maintained. We then test the phones again before individually shrink wrapping and boxing. Cards and Control units are electronically tested and when possible firmware is upgraded to the latest version. These then come delivered in anti-static bags. For several years we have tweaked our process to obtain as close to perfection as humanly possible. This has helped us grow rapidly in to a market leader in the refurbished telecoms market. The photos contained on this site are indicative of the refurbishment process. Our phones are graded as follows A Grade: Very good condition. B Grade: Good working order with some marks or discoloration. C Grade: Good Working order but poor cosmetics and possible missing parts. Unless stated we do not include power supplies with any of our phones. This is because most phones now support POE (Power Over Ethernet). We specialize in Business Telephone Systems and Hosted IP Telephone Systems. The majority of phones we sell will not work on a standard PSTN line.
