Part Number: MGF4314D in High Performance Hermetically Sealed Metal-Ceramic Micro-X GD-4 Package. Device comes in Bulk in ESD bag (not on tape and reel). General Specifications: Frequency Range: 4GHz - 18GHz; Gain (min): 9.5dB at 12GHz; Super Low NF: 1.0dB max at 12GHz; Package: Micro-X Hermetically Sealed GD-4 Style.
