It measures in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, with a measuring range of 3 x 90 degrees. The protractor measures angles to accurately position a workpiece or to repeat specific angle cuts. The protractor has a built-in magnifying glass to indicate readouts of each 1 degree. The vernier scale increases the tool's accuracy, with resolution to 5 minutes (1/12 of a degree). The scale includes locking clamps and a fine-adjusting knob for consistent measurements.
