The MKS Delta II Flow Ratio Controller, model number DLT2A213163AA, is designed to accurately regulate gas flow ratios for nitrogen (N2) at a range of 1000 standard cubic centimeters per minute (SCCM). The interface for this controller is DeviceNet, and it has 1/4" Male VCR connections. One of the standout features of this controller is its embedded Ethernet, which allows for monitoring of the device during operation using a standard web browser – no special software is required. Additionally, it utilizes a patented control algorithm for faster response-to-ratio setpoint and has a wider dynamic control range for ratio control down to 5% of the flow channel full scale flow. This controller also features a bright LED display that displays flow ratio, temperature, and Ethernet address for easy viewing.
