Customer shall be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, as well as all related taxes, duties, and import fees, for the export of Grainger products. Customer shall provide Grainger with accurate and complete shipping information, including the destination address, contact name, and phone number, and shall ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained for the export and import of the products. Grainger shall not be responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by Customs or other regulatory authorities, or by any events beyond its control.
