They are not damaged but do have some scuff marks. Sold as-is and is final sale. Made of durable plastic with weights added to the inside of the foot for stability. Smooth closed sole prevents snagging of hose. Form can be displayed from all angles. Hosiery forms are manufactured by RPM Industries and are Made in the USA. Regular retail price is $18.90/each. Shipping All orders are shipped with a tracking number via FedEx, UPS, or USPS within 1-2 business days from South El Monte (Los Angeles), CA. Combined shipping is available for certain items.
