2013 20' shipping container.  Has been modified and original use was for a storage shed in my back yard.  I have moved and no longer have a use for this container.  Double doors were welded in the side of the unit and a separation wall was created roughly 3.5 feet from the original rear double doors.  Metal framing was installed at all interior walls, wiring including several receptacles, light switches and can lights were installed prior to installation of closed cell foam insulation.  A air conditioning system and main distribution panel have been permanently installed.  A generator is stored at the  rear compartment and will go with the sale of this unit.  OSB has been installed at the interior to protect the foam insulation and storage shelves are still intact on one side.  The container is at a storage lot in south tampa and ready to be viewed and or purchased at any time.  Buyer is responsible for transportation of unit. The container is in good shape and was a one time used container when purchased a year ago.  We have modified several other shipping containers and have over $10,000 invested in this particular unit.
