New in crate Molteni custom made stove  s/n 8342  Purchased new in 2011 for $90,000+ and never installed.  Purchasing this same stove today, with shipping and duties would cost in excess of $100k. This bespoke stove is hand built in the village of St. Vallier France on the Rhone river. Molteni builds only 8-9 stove per month for the world market and is only found in the most exclusive properties in the world. This stove is number #8342. That is 8342 stoves in 88 years. Molteni currently has chefs such as Bocuse, Bouley, Boulud, Ducasse, Robuchon, Seeger, Savoy with stoves in their restaurants and many Forbes 400 clients who have placed stoves in their private residences. This stove features:  Approximately 108” long, 36” deep not including custom brass rail on front and left side. 4 open burners (2 @ 32,000 btu and 2 @ 20,000 btu) 2 ovens ( 1 gas and 1 electric) 1 gas French Top approximately 20” x 40” 48,000 btu 1 Electric plancha (griddle) Custom Caryatid cast brass colums (over $3,000 feature each) Blue Porcelain enamel finish Wall mounted overshelf 12” x 40” Mechanicals: 181,500 btu @ 5.0” w.c. 0.75” connection 120-240-60-3p N+E electrical 14.25 kw This is an extremely rare opportunity to purchase a brand new Molteni suite for half price.  Typically these incur many, many months of build time.  This one is ready to go and already in the original crate ready to be delivered to your home or restaurant.
