Here is how it works: Place the 1’s in the hopper. (The 396 cash counter will count the 1’s and the internal software will store the number and value) Load the 5’s. (The 396 cash counter will count the 5's and the internal software will store the number and value) And so on.. When complete, with the touch of a button, a detailed on screen report is displayed and/or the operator can select & print one (or all) of the 3 pre-programmed custom print outs: “Bank Deposit Slip” “Cash Count Report” “Payment Receipt” The Operator and/or the Bank and/or the Payer is provided with a full, detailed printed report, generated by the bill counter (value counter), including: · Custom Printed Form · #of bills in each denomination · Total value of bills in each denomination · All totals and grand totals With the 396 VP – U.S. cash counter the Operator can also load all the bills, all denominations, in a single stack. (That sounds like a full discriminator). Accumulation counting+: Place a blank note between single denomination stacks and place the entire stack in the hopper. Discriminator advantages but at a fraction of the cost. This combination of features eliminates all extension errors and saves substantial time.
