Hardman Monopoxy 42167- Structural Epoxy Adhesive (Single Part Epoxy) DESCRIPTION: Monopoxy 42167 is a one component, structural epoxy adhesive. With heat cure, it develops excellent cohesive strength and adhesive strength to most substrates including metals, composite metals and ceramics. It is highly recommended for automotive, aerospace, and high performance filter media bonding. It retains high shear strength at elevated temperatures. This glue is a one part epoxy, which needs to be heat cured. We have found that it works best at 250 Degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes for paper to metal adhesion.  If you pre-heat glue, it flows very smoothly. Sold in One (1) Gallon Containers Weight is 12.1 lbs per gallon Viscosity @ 25 degrees Celsius CPS  51,500 Hardness, Shore D- Result 85 Color: Natural/Beige Single Part Epoxy, Monoepoxy, Monopoxy, Adhesive MSDS Sheet available on request.
