Legend Char-Broiler, 36" Gas heavy-duty range, ceramic briquettes, adjustable 3-position cast iron Ultra-Flow reversible top grate, stainless steel front, top trim & splash shields, open cabinet base, 1-1/4" manifold. New ceramic grates New ceramic briquettes   New 45,000 BTU/hr cast iron ‘H’ Burners New Burner supports 13" S.S back splash. Awesome wheels - this 429 lbs. grillin' machine will move with one finger. These charbroilers feature 45,000 BTU/hr cast iron ‘H’ burners, stainless steel drip shields, individual manual gas valves for zoned heat control and a standing pilot for automatic ignition. Quick heat absorbing ceramic briquettes reduce flare-ups. There's also a full width debris screen under burners and a full width removable drip tray. Top grate features reversible Ultra-Flow cast-iron grate sections, ribbed side for narrow marking, with side grease troughs, flat side for broiling fish and wide marking. There's a 1” (25 mm) ribbed grate spacing for consistent grilling results, THREE-position grid frame for adjustment from flat to 3” (76 mm) raised-rear and three-position easy-lift grate mechanism and sloped grates. Side grate grease troughs also help to reduce flare-ups.
