Has a black leather flap closure. Inside front cover has a large slot (about the size of the organizer) that opens both top and vertically and a smaller slot on top of it with a top opening. Back cover has a vertical slot (about the size of the organizer) and 6 card slots on top of it. Back cover also has a leather holder for a pen. The inserts included are: the top cover, tabbed inserts for Calendar, Today, and Notes for address/telephone. The Montblanc paper for the Today section and the address/phone section is included. Also included is the clear plastic insert for 4 additional cards. The inside cover has the embossed Mont Blanc logo with Made in Germany on the bottom of the leather. The Classic white star is on outside front cover on the silver corner piece. 100% Authentic. In the year 2000, the original cost was $475.00. In excellent condition. Overall gently used.
