We are selling this mold injection machine for one of our clients. He closed his business, retired, and is moving to Florida. He says he bought this injection mold machine, paid to have it hooked up, but never used it. We looked over it very closely, and found it to be VERY clean, so we feel confident that it IS new and unused. Note: The main picture was taken at our client's facility, before we relocated it to our warehouse in Norfolk. The remaining pictures were taken in Norfolk. Manufactured by Morgan Industries, this machine has a 600W heat plate & a digital readout. It is easy to change molds & materials to make different parts. It is also capable of processing a full range of thermoplastic materials. Specifications: 0-800 degrees Fahrenheit or 0-430 degrees Celsius temperature control range 6 cu. in. (4 oz.) maximum single shot 20 ton maximum clamping force (toggle) 12,000 psi maximum injection pressure Utilities required: electrical 120 volts AC & 200 psi (max) compressed air We have the crate it arrived in & will be shipping it to the successful buyer, in the same crate. The manufacturer said it weighs 550 pounds, including the crate. The dimensions of the crate are 17-7/8" x 20-7/8" x 76.25". We are happy to get a shipping quote, or the Buyer may do so. We received a quote to ship to a customer in California, with insurance, for just under $500.
