These are Morgans & Wilcox Job Press Locks, patented in 1901 and used in printing press lock up the early 1900s. They were touted at the time as a significant time saver for locking up letterpress printing forms -- essentially a combined furniture and quoin lock up set. Fewer pieces for lock up and less movement in the form. These are in as-found condition from the estate of a hobby printer and unused for many decades. Please see photo. Leaving it up to you to handle any restoration.
