Product Description This high security file cabinet just came in from our resource center. The pictures show 2 because we had several in stock. PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL BECAUSE WE HAVE 2 COLORS. The cabinets look like the ones in the picture. The unit is completely functional. We clean the cabinet inside and out, remove any labels and/or tape. We spot paint the fronts to minimize any tiny small areas of chipped paint so the fronts look good. There are no big gouges or dents on the units and the handles and track all function smoothly. THIS AUCTION IS FOR 1 CABINET ONLY!!! and comes with a MAS KABA digital lock. Retail the digital combination lock itself is over $1600. Refurbished these units sell for over $3000, who knows what they cost new. These are really heavy duty units. The cabinet with the drawers weigh around 600 pounds. Shipping is around 685 pounds. That is without any files in them. It would take a pretty good crowbar to bend these open. The drawer with the lock has a giant steel rod bar that extend into the sides of the cabinet when locked. I have provided a copy of what a CLASS 6 rating is based on Federal Specification. Whether you need this rating or not it should at least convince you that it's pretty difficult to get into this thing and based on the weight no one is going to easily carry it off (unless they are used to lifting over 1/4 of a TON). Claims: DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGE IF SHIPPING DAMAGE IS EVIDENT. CALL ME AND FILL OUT A DAMAGE REPORT WITH THE CARRIER. LET THEM TAKE IT BACK TO THE TERMINAL. IF YOU ACCEPT ITEM THE FREIGHT COMPANY WILL SAY THEY DIDN'T DO IT AND IT MAKES CLAIMS IMPOSSIBLE. Damage due to freight negligence is based on the carrier's insurance claims adjustor and their rate of insurance. No insurance or replacement is being offered directly from the seller. Money from claim will be returned to the buyer upon receipt of funds from approved insurance claim. No P.O. Boxes. Warranty WE OFFER A 60 DAY PARTS WARRANTY WHICH INCLUDES EVERYTHING BUT NOT THE ELECTRONIC LOCK. 1 OR 2 YEAR WARRANTY OPTION IS THRU SQAURE TRADE. ELIGIBLE AUCTIONS WILL SHOW THE SQUARE TRADE SYMBOL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE AUCTION. THEY TYPICALLY CHARGE 12% FOR 1 YEAR AND 6% MORE FOR 2 YEARS. THIS WARRANTY IS THRU A SEPARATE COMPANY (square trade) AND NOT THE SELLER. Please see their terms for specifics. If a part needs replacement in the first 60 days, please call us to discuss. If we can't resolve the problem over the phone, we will ship you a replacement once we receive the defective item. Buyer to pay for the item to send back to us (properly packed and insured) and we will pay for shipping the replacement item back to you. We will send you instructions on how to remove and install. It will be up to the buyer to do the repair yourself or obtain a qualified repairman. The seller makes no warranty on labor.
