This is a Motorola VHF suitcase repeater used by the FBI. This is Encryption capable. The frequency stated on the internal duplexer is: TX: 163.49375; RX: 167.59375.  I checked out the receiver and it was at least .3Uv @20dB Rec. Sensitivity.The unit seems to be made up of two MX series hi-spec walkie-talkies.  The repeater has a 8-channel switch on it but looking at the walkie-talkies they only have what look like 6 oscillator coils installed.  Transmitter will not transmit. Will charge an internal sealed lead-acid battery (removed). Perhaps the crystals were removed when the internal battery was removed.  Comes with a walkie-talkie speaker mic, AC power cord and a cigarette lighter DC cord.  The volume and squelch controls are dirty.  The internal brackets will easily allow one to use to make a good portable jerk-and-run rapid deployment repeater if they do not wish to use the current internal components. Used standard Motorola key to open.  Unknown if other functions work.  It is heavy, about 30 Lbs.  Flat-rate shipping:    $47.00
