This device powers up but then goes to a screen that says type password to decrypt storage. I never put a password on it so it will need to be factory reset. The little rubber gasket or seal that goes around the screen has a break in it. You can see in the pics. The bottom has a small dent also in the pics. This was not used much at all. It is just sitting around doing nothing so figure time to get rid of it. Low starting price and no reserve. Thanks for looking
