Product Description For use with MC9000 series batteries. Cradle comes with power supply and line cords. Payments Payment for an eBay listing is required within 2 business days from the time we accept a "Best Offer" option or the auction ends and you are declared the winner. Payment is immediately required when using a "Buy It Now" option. All payments must be made in US dollars only. Currently the only payment options we allow is Paypal. Shipping Shipment of all orders occurs after 1-3 business days after we receive confirmation of payment in full. We process orders from Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00AM to 4:30PM EST. We will only ship items to locations within the continental US. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any of the US territories. No international shipping options are currently available. All orders are shipped on our account through UPS. No outside shipping options will be accepted. Post Auction It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us and submit payment within 2 business days. If we do not receive payment within this time frame we will notify eBay per the non-paying bidder process and the item will be resubmitted for sale/auction. An email that includes the invoice and tracking number will be emailed to the address on file within no later than 1 business day from the time the unit(s) ships. As such please ensure that all your contact information is up to date. Returns and Exchanges It is the responsibility of the buyer to test all equipment upon receipt to ensure the product is not damaged or defective. We are not responsible for any time, material, or monetary costs this may incur on the part of the buyer. We will replace any defective units within 30 days of the original purchase. Cost of return shipping must be paid by the buyer. The cost of shipping replacement units to the buyer will be covered by us. In the event a replacement unit is unavailable we will refund the original auction price only. We will accept returns up to 30 days from the time of the original purchase. A base restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all non-defective returns. Additional fees may be deducted from refunds to cover the cost of repairs on undeclared damages not caused by shipping.
