This is a USED Motorola Video Enforcer dash camera system. I am not sure what all is required to run this unit so look clocsely at the photos to see what you will be getting. I cannot guarantee that it is 100% complete. All I can say is that there is enough here that we were able to connect it together and power the system on. The video screen showed a clear image of what the camera was pointed at and the MDVR was able to record and play back the video we captured. Beyond that I do not know enough about the system to know how to delete or download video from the unit. It comes with the following: MDVR recording unit with hard drive installed 1 Camera 1 Video monitor DLN6589B 1 DLN6574A unit with 2 antenna and a mic attached. (not sure what it is exactly) The cables shown in the photos (enough to be able to connect all the parts to the MDVR and supply power. It comes with all the parts shown.
