Motorola Vintage N1017A  2 Tone Rare Encoder--Tested and working.  1960's era encoder that used push buttons to selected 2 of 4 tones to alert plectons or other 2 tone select call devises.     Unit was plugged in and red power light comes on and the white sticker on back list what the top row screws do as in  PTT, audio out to a tranmitter, the audio ground.  And OScope confirmed unit does have audio output and red PTT lights comes on.  The 4 tones are 584.8/ 617.4/ 651.9/ and 688.3 Hz.   There is a microphone desk mic socket but that was NOT tested as I don't have one to try on it.     Motorola standard 4 pin socket like the old motracs used.    Un-boxed weight is about 11 pounds but it will fit in a USPS large flat rate ship box to save ship costs.
