This radio performs well. Currently scanning 15 channels of my State Police Sensitivity is measured at .25 UV and it does transmit although I have it configured Tx inhibit I have the programming software and I will supply it free with the radio. OR, I will program it for you (15 CH) at no extra cost. Battery seems good but is NOT guaranteed. They never are. ALL REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
