Brand New Motorola programming cable.   RS232 serial port.  Works with the Motorola XTS4000 covert portable radio. This item will be discontinued once current stock is sold out.  Disclaimer! Please read before purchasing:  It is a Motorola made cable that doesn't cost $300 bucks. As a much more affordable solution it will work for reading and writing the codeplug on the XTS4000 radio. User should be aware that this cable will cause the radio to transmit while connected during programming. Suggestion is to select a Receive only channel when attaching the cable. This will prevent the radio from Transmitting during connection. You can also remove or cover pins 7-17( facing the "M" pins away left to the right) and the cable will work fine. Pins 1,3 are ground and power, pins 4-6 are the serial data connection.
