TLS1360 Preset Torque Screwdriver 22 - 120 lbf.in A preset torque screwdriver is used for fastening applications where there is one torque setting required and you need to prevent incidental or operator tampering of the torque setting. The preset torque screwdriver does not feature an external adjustment scale. These tools have internal adjustment mechanism for setting the torque value and must be preset using a torque tester. If you do not have torque tester, I can send the tool to my local calibration lab and have it preset for you. You would need to provide the torque value that you want the tool set to and there would be an additional fee to have the screwdriver preset.  Preset screwdrivers are typically used for fastening applications where there is one torque setting required. However, if the torque specification changes or a new project requires a different torque setting, the preset torque screwdriver is still flexible enough that a new torque setting can be set internally using a torque analyzer. Built with a cam-over design, the accurate torque screwdriver prevents a fastener or bolt from being over-torqued. When the torque screwdriver reaches the pre-set torque value the internal mechanism disengages from the drive thus limiting the torque applied.  The preferred and certified ranges of these tools is in accordance with the requirements if ISO 6789 (+/- 6% of setting). Anodized aluminum handle. Screwdriver is in good condition at a bargain price.
