This unit charges the batteries, has a dummy battery that can be used in your Pic 30, 40, 50 as a power source to run your defib and another cable that I am not sure what it is used for. You can also test your defit on this unit to make sure it is working. Free shipping is for buy it now only and is for the lower 48 US states only.
