Used (but in good condition with no rips or tears) M.S.I. black nylon body armor Tactical Outer Carrier (TOC). This is probably the best TOC (in regards to permanently attached pouches) that I have seen in a long time. The quality is on par with American Body Armor TOCs, but made from heavier nylon duck! I have not heard of the brand M.S.I. and I am not completely sure if it US made. The specification tag reads: ALVAREZ 15 1/2 x20 MED M.S.I. This could indicate Central or South American production. The TOC can accept most soft body armor (NOT INCLUDED!) and has pockets for additional plates (front and back - NOT INCLUDED!). It as velcro on the front for small insignia and a panel on the back for agency ID patch. Has some great dedicated pockets which include: flashlight (or baton - flashlight NOT INCLUDED!), radio (NOT INCLUDED!), utility, double mag (pistol) pocket (MAGS NOT INCLUDED!), and two "cross draw" 30-round 5.56mm mag pockets (MAGS NOT INCLUDED!). Front measurements (for body armor placement): FRONT [BOTTOM] 19.5-INCHES FRONT [UPPER] 13.5-INCHES FRONT [SIDE VERTICAL] 8-INCHES FRONT [BOTTOM TO NECK] 14.5-INCHES FRONT [SHOULDER HEIGHT] 4-INCHES FRONT [SHOULDER WIDTH] 4-INCHES PAYMENT POLICY Payments accepted through PayPal only!
