Chicago Metallic Muffin Pans This is a commercial, NFS, 15 cup Muffin Pan, from Chicago Metallic. This model, #5300 is 18" x 26", with each cup measuring 4" round, and 1 1/2" deep, holding 10.5 oz. of batter. These are made with long lasting, durable 26 gauge aluminized steel, with reinforced wire in the rim. I have 13 of these left, and they are brand new...although they have been in storage for awhile.. No rust, maybe alittle dusty, but these are very heavy duty pans... In fact, it would take me two hands to insert into an oven, as they are heavy to start with & then with product in them, even heavier... Definately, the last muffin pan you would buy in your lifetime, and then some...
