This is a Used MultiPasta attachment for a La Monferina Pasta machine.  This attachment allows you to turn you P6, P12 or PNuova into a ravioli, gnocchi or tagliatelle maker.  It was being used for ravioli production, but is missing a few parts after a recent move: the filling hopper and plunger, the sheet rollers and the ravioli mold are gone. These parts can be ordered through any La Monferina dealer - I think the ravioli mold is about $900 and the rollers are about $30 - not sure on the hopper and plunger New, these units go for about $4,500 with one ravioli mold - get this unit for $1,100 - even after having to buy a few parts, you are getting it for less than 1/2 price of new!
