Unlike the OEM cleaning formulas which are made of solvents that are a component of the OEM inks, this proprietary cleaning formula is designed to actually breakdown the inks and clean out all of the unwanted deposits throughout the printers internal ink transferring and delivery systems. Roland, Mimaki and Mutoh use the same eco-solvent cleaning solution for all cartridge colors. Now you can now buy one cartridge and a set of interchangeable computer chips for 4 color (C/M/Y/K) or 6 color (C/LC/M/LM/Y/K) digital printers. After that you only have to buy replacement cartridges and reuse the computer chips. In addition, InkJetClean cartridges come with a pre-treatment gel that is applied to the print head prior to initiating a cleaning cycle that penetrates each nozzle to help breakdown the difficult ink deposits that cause deflections and clogs. InkJetClean is programmed to recover print heads by printing through them just like ink. This provides more velocity to clean out the unwanted deposits and clogs, especially compared to the suction created by internal pumps that the OEM cleaning formulas use. It is the ideal print head cleaning solution! InkJetClean’s proprietary cleaning formula that actually breaks down unwanted ink deposits combined with the pre-treatment gel allows you to unclog and recover print heads with a significantly higher success rate than the OEM cleaning formulas. InkJetClean can be used to recover a clogged print head and it can also be used as a regular maintenance routine to extend the longevity and print quality of print heads. Just like changing the oil in your car extends the life of your engine, using InkJetClean as a regular maintenance for your printer allows you to enhance the print quality of your printer and to extend the life of your print heads by regularly eliminating the unwanted ink deposits that eventually cause problems. No modification to your printer is necessary to use InkJetClean. It comes in individual cartridges for Roland, Mutoh and Mimaki printers and each cartridge is good for at least five cleanings. Our InkJetClean cartridges are like a standard ink cartridge with an ink chip which allows it to print through the print head like ink. The cartridges come programmed with the ink type and color which matches your ink set. We have cartridges for all of the Eco-Solvent and Mild Solvent OEM inks. Specifications Terms and Conditions Return Policy You have 30 days from the time you receive a product to initiate a return or to report a defective product. The preferred method to initiate a return is to contact us via the eBay messaging system. All returns must be authorized by a SignSupplyCloseout representative before the product is shipped back. The SignSupplyCloseout representative will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be put on the outside of returned item's box. If the RMA number is not on the box there may be a delay in the refund/exchange process. See the items below to determine the terms for your return. If SignSupplyCloseout determines that the equipment is not able to be repaired, then an RMA number will be assigned and the customer authorized to return the equipment for replacement. Any equipment older than 30 days may be replaced with a certified refurbished unit at our discretion. Defective Items If an item arrives in an unusable condition, SignSupplyCloseout must be notified within 30 days of receiving the product or a return may not be allowed. SignSupplyCloseout reserves the right to request proof in the form of pictures to prove defects as well as the right to send replacement parts for items under warranty. Return Shipping Labels and Restocking Fees Shipping Labels: Any item being returned to SignSupplyCloseout will be shipped by the buyer and the buyer's expense. The buyer may choose their own shipping method as long as tracking information is communicated to SignSupplyCloseout. Items determined by a SignSupplyCloseout support representative to be defective or improperly shipped will receive a return shipping label free of charge. Restocking Fees: Any item returned that is not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged, is missing parts, is for a reason not due to SignSupplyCloseout error, or defect will be assessed a restocking fee equal to 20A°/o of the item's price. Return Exceptions Consumable Material: Vinyl, transfer tape, and other supplies are not eligible for return once the packaging is opened. Software: Software is not eligible for return under any circumstances. If the disc is determined to be defective a digital download for the item may be supplied at the discretion of SignSupplyCloseout. Shipping Most orders ship FedEx Ground. Small packages may ship using USPS. We usually ship orders within 24 hours of payment clearance. And tracking numbers are sent to buyers accordingly. Oversize equipment will ship via freight.
