It powers on and appears to function as it should. It is not fully tested so we offer free returns for 14 days should there be any issues. It comes with a power cord but no other accessories. We use quality new packing materials and boxes. We generally ship with FedEx but there are some occasions when items have to be mailed with the United States Postal Service. Most items are shipped with FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. Sometimes we also use FedEx SmartPost. We ship within 5 business days of receiving payment. Generally we ship on Mondays and Fridays.
