Easily dispense cheese for nachos and other popular dishes with the Sierra peristaltic cheese sauce dispenser! These sauce dispensers feature 200 watts of heating power to keep cheese sauce at the ideal warmth, and their side temperature indicators clearly display the temperature of the interior oven between 145 to 155 degrees Fahrenheit.  An interior top shelf holds an extra 110 or 140 oz. bag so you have one on hand for when your first one runs out, and you can change up portion amounts from the original 2 oz. setting with a simple alteration to the circuit board. For easy operation and changeouts, these sauce dispensers have a simple track and clamp mechanism that hold your bag in place while it's in use, and your customers can divvy out cheese with the push of a button. This machine was only used a handful of times so the condition is like new!
