This is a fiberglass reinforced plastic name badge and comes with a pin to attach to clothing. It measures 1.25"X3". Dye Sublimation transfer is a process where a digital image is, for these purposes, printed to an ink jet printer using special inks then transferred onto an array of hard and soft substrates through a heat transfer process. This type of heat transfer converts this ink into a gas that allows it to migrate permanently into the substrate as it cools back into a solid. Generally speaking, all sublimation substrates must be white or light in color and be surfaced with a special polymer coating for hard substrates or constructed of synthetic fibers, primarily 100% polyester, to be compatible with the sublimation process. Your pictures need to be at least 500X500 pixels and the better the quality, the better your print will come out. Smaller pictures made larger have a tendency to pixelate when enlarged so they come out fuzzy. If you want text we can do that also but make sure to send it as you want it written with font type and size shown. With personalized items we will not automatically accept returns but if we made a mistake we will, if you sent the wrong information we will work with you to make it right.
