“This NanoMetrics FLX wafer inspection system is used untested surplus. This system is appears to be complete but may be missing some components and is being sold as is. The optical Head has been tested good and you can choose either the 9010T CD or 9010 Bolts thin film head. Most components that still remain on the wafer inspection system are two load ports, the robot, robot rail, robot controller, the CPU, the UPS station, digital controller, power supplies, and the monitor (the specifications are listed below). One of the load ports is missing the cover The physical condition of the FLX wafer inspection system is good and clean, but may have some minor scratches from use and handling. Being sold as is.”
