Thermo Electron Co. NapCOIL UF 650 -85C Ultra Low Temperature Deep Freezer ? Model #882 ? 2006 Unit came from a local lab that upgraded their equipment. Unit was tested for 3 days @ -60. No further testing was done. Unit does have some scratches from transport. Please ask me any questions before buying. Seling as is. See pictures for condition. This is for local pickup only. But if buyer would like to ship unit, I can do it, but buyer will be responsible for arrange the shipping and all of the shipping charges. Must have a shipping insurance. Product Description This 2006 NapCOIL Deep Freezer is 21.3cu.ft and designed to freeze samples rapidly from ambient temperature and to maintain them at a temperature as low as -86°C. At -70°C, the metabolism of most biological samples is virtually stopped. The samples can be stored several months or years without altering their properties. NapCOIL freezers are designed to optimize thermal transfer from the sample to ensure their optimal storage conditions. The NapCOIL design is a unique combination of a freezing system and storage system that places cooling coils in the top of each compartment.
