NASCO LIFE/FORM ADULT VENIPUNCTURE & INJECTION ARM-NO TUBING/KIT/CASE-USED #1 This NASCO LIFE/FORM injection training arm was purchased at a medical school liquidation.  It is in used condition.  We do not know much about medical school training equipment, except for what we found in our online research.  This arm has the skin layer sleeve over the form.  The inside shows wear and tear on the foam pieces which are red from the IV blood solution.  This form does not have any of the of the supplies, tubing or carrying case; this is only for the arm and sleeve. No tears were noted in the sleeve during the visual inspection of this item, but there is dirt present and some of the fake blood solution on the arm.  You will be getting the one pictured in the listing.  The supplies and replacement tubing are available at numerous online medical stores.  Please see pictures that show the wear and tear and quality of this item. We only accept PayPal payments. All items need to be paid for within 4 days of the purchase date or we reserve the right to relist the item.
